1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
Within 12 hours of placing it
Before shipment confirmation

2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:
Item is damaged
Item is defective
Wrong product delivered
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened food products
Used items
Products without original packaging
Change of mind after opening
4. Refund Process
If approved:
Refund issued within 5–10 business days
Returned via original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
5. Exchanges
Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability.
