Nebrasa
A Girl from
Sinai
Nebrasa was born in a small village in the heart of Sinai, where olive trees were part of everyday life.
Her father gave her the name Nebrasa because he saw a different kind of light in her from the very beginning.
even without a flame.”
Among the
Olive Trees
Nebrasa grew up among olive trees. There she learned from her father that the land deserved respect, and that every fruit had its own time.
Olive oil was never simply a product to her. It was part of the land, part of the home, and part of her memories.
The Day
He Left
Nebrasa’s father left to join the Palestine War.
His words remained in her memory. The land remained before her. And so did the promise: to protect what he had left behind.
From the Tree
to the Bottle
Nebrasa continued working among the olive trees. She harvested the fruit by hand, selected it carefully, and pressed it using the traditional method she had learned in Sinai.
Her first production was small. But she was never looking for quantity.
She wrote the name on the bottles of olive oil and began giving them to the people she loved.
Another
Gift
Alongside the olive trees, Nebrasa cared for beehives.
She learned the secrets of honey just as they had been passed down through generations.
And honey restores the soul.
As the years passed, she began passing her knowledge on to the next generation.
Do Not Shorten
the Road
take time.”
It was more than advice. It was the way Nebrasa lived.
Patience with the land. Respect for the fruit. And never searching for the easiest way.
When the
Memory Faded
As Nebrasa grew older, her memory slowly began to fade.
Names became harder. Days became confused. And details began disappearing.
Before the details disappeared completely, she wrote everything she knew in a handwritten notebook.
Never rush the pressing
Preserve honey as you were taught
The land never betrays those who respect it
After Decades
The Story Returned
While preparing to launch our own olive oil project in Sinai, we rented a piece of farmland.
In the middle of the land stood an old abandoned hut.
A New
Beginning
And this is where Nebrasa came back to life.
We did not want to simply reproduce the products. We wanted to preserve the method, the philosophy, and the respect she carried for the land.
We Are More Than
a Brand
We carry a story of land, loss, patience, and a legacy passed from one hand to another.
